Reece Donnelly Announced as Ambassador for Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland
Reece has been involved with the charity for over a year and is now stepping in to increase his involvement to support all families helped by SBH Scotland. With a diverse career in the entertainment industry spanning projects such as Waterloo Road (BBC), appearing on the 17th season of The Apprentice (BBC) and launching his own business podcast “The Scottish CEO Show” he will be joining other high profile names such as Gordon Ramsay OBE and Paralympian Meggan Dawson Farrell in supporting the charity.

Abby McDonald (pictured right) from Stonehaven and Jade Montgomery (pictured below) from Hamilton kick-started the new year by taking on a tandem freefall parachute jump at Strathallan Airfield in Perth and Kinross and raising over £3,000 in the process. From an exhilarating 10,000ft in the sky and at speeds of up to 120mph, the unforgettable experience was inspired by the support for their respective daughter and son.

Carol Fullerton, from Laurencekirk, Kincardineshire, had been hosting an annual fundraiser for many years before Covid-19 struck and the 2020 event was cancelled. Now, in 2024, the event is back and promises to have more sparkle than ever before whilst raising funds for a cause very close to Carol’s heart as the specialist charity has supported her family for over 15 years since her daughter Rebecca was born with spina bifida.

Gordon Ramsay's Festive Fundraiser Returns to Edinburgh
The fundraiser launched during the 2022 festive season, coinciding with the launch of Gordon Ramsay’s Street Burger restaurant in the St James Quarter. They raised an incredible £15,642 as a result which Gordon and Tana Ramsay then generously matched to give the charity an extra special funds boost.

The event united the vibrancy of Bollywood with a twist on the traditional Christmas Night Out as well as fundraising for a worthy cause.
