Just had a diagnosis?

We understand that making the first step to ask for support or information on spina bifida or hydrocephalus can be difficult. But we are here to listen.

No matter why you need to get in touch with us, we will be with you on your own personal journey, offering impartial advice, support and information. We can also offer a variety of groups, projects and training throughout the year if they are relevant for you.

There are a variety of ways you can get in touch with us from speaking to someone via our helpline (03455 211 300), sending an email or getting information through this site.
