If you, a family member or friend have just had a diagnosis of spina bifida we understand that making the first step to ask for support or information can be difficult. But we are here to listen.

No matter why you need to get in touch with us, we will be with you on your own personal journey, offering impartial advice, support and information. We can also offer a variety of groups, projects and training throughout the year if they are relevant for you.
