Challenge 3000

Challenge 3000 has landed! 30 days of fitness, with 100 reps of whichever activity you (or your followers) choose each day! Are you up for the challenge for Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland?

No registration fee required just raise as much as you can.

Why not aim for a fundraising total featuring the number 3 - £130, £300, £503? Every penny raised will help SBH Scotland provide a lifetime commitment of personalised support to families affected by rare disabilities across the country.

It's simple! Get started now:

  • Choose a start date
  • Set up your Challenge 3000 Justgiving Page by clicking on the link and hitting the 'Start Fundraising' button
  • Choose your challenge. Will you do 100 x same activity each day or each week change it up! Why not let your friends decide? Put up a poll on your social media channels. Will you be skipping or doing push ups, squats or kettlebells?
  • Tag us in your posts. We're @SBHScotland on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

For more information please email us or call us on 03455 211 600

Please note, if you have any concerns over your health or condition please speak with a GP before undertaking any new activities.

Fancy a different challenge - why not try one of these...
