The 2.6 Challenge

Everyday Super Hero taking part in 2.6 challenge

We're part of the 2.6 challenge to help save our charity! PLEASE join Team SBH Scotland today so we can continue to provide vital support to children, young people and adults affected by complex disabilities at the most isolating of times and beyond...

Coronavirus came out of nowhere and it's had a catastrophic effect on our charity and the lives of those we support. Much of SBH Scotland's social and sponsored fundraising activity has now been cancelled or postponed - fundraising activity which was vital to the continuance of our charity's services across Scotland.

SBH Scotland has continued to do what it can with the resources it has but, with an estimated £400,000 loss to the end of the year, we need your help NOW to survive!

Anyone can take on the challenge! All you need to do is dream up an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 that suits your skills and complete it on or just after Sunday 26 April – when the 40th London Marathon would have taken place.

This could be something as simple as pledging to run or ride 2.6 miles as your daily exercise, reading 26 books, holding the plank for 2.6 minutes, to gardening for 26 minutes. As long as it follows the government's social distancing rules and it's safe, we'd love to see you do it! 2.6 Inspiration Ideas
