myCarepod app features

The myCarepod app has lots of features to help you on your wellness journey. It makes sure you have all the tools you need to manage your own health and wellbeing. Here are our favourite features:

About Me Summary: This section lets you record information about your medical preferences and likes/dislikes. This is useful to use when talking with healthcare staff.

Messaging: This feature lets you message your personal care circle – the group of people who help you with your health. The roles include your friends, family, healthcare professionals, and your SBH Scotland Support Worker. You get to decide who is in your care circle.

Emergency Summary: This feature lets you record all your personal details in case there is an emergency.

myMedia: This feature lets you add photos, videos, and documents that are important for your health and wellbeing.

Health Record: This feature has 2 sections called ‘Measurements’ and ‘Health Profile’. These are all about your physical health, for example, your sleep, allergies, and more!

Info & Links: This is where people in your care circle can share helpful information and resources. You can find information about everything like how to contact your GP and benefits you can get!

Basic Demographics: Here you can put in information about your name, date of birth, age, and more.
