Office Administrator

Part Time – 17.5 Hours Per Week.

Salary: £23,000 to £24,420 DOE Pro Rata (FTE 35 Hours).

• Based: SBH Scotland Head Office, Dullatur, G68 0LS. This is an office based post.
• Working hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1pm to 4.30pm

We are now growing our administration team and are seeking a proactive individual to provide extensive support to our General Manager and all other staff. This post will have many varied tasks from assisting with HR, Health & Safety, .reception work and providing general administration support.

This is an exciting role and you will be working within a small but brilliant team.

Previous administration experience in the voluntary sector is preferred although not essential. This role may suit someone who can transfer their skills to this role. Whatever your previous experience you must be able to demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of Word and Excel and can work well on your own initiative. You also must have the ability to prioritise workload, carry out research and present findings in a clear and concise manner. A current driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are also essential.
